Noughty Rosé - Alcohol Free Rosé Wine

Noughty Rosé is a dealcoholised still rosé made from 98% Chenin Blanc and 2% Pinotage, using fruit from dry land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape. The wine is fermented cool for 14 days, left on lees for two months, then dealcoholised under vacuum with spun cone technology to help retain body, colour and flavour. It drinks in a clean, elegant Provence style, so it feels much more like a proper bottle of rosé than a soft drink pretending to be wine. It is also gluten free, which makes it an easy option for a lot of customers looking for a polished alcohol free rosé.
